D2.4: Social Impact Assessment Analysis Framework

The deliverable presents two new frameworks. The template and process-type format defines the approaches and activities Hubs 4 Circularity can use to involve citizens and community actors as active stakeholders.
A framework is provided for social impact KPIs and how they can be operationalised and measured in terms of employment, equitability and equality impacts of the Hub in achieving a healthier environment from a citizen perspective in each of the hub's region.
The report also assesses how S-LCA methods can be utilised to measure some of these KPIs. Finally, it reports on community stakeholder mapping for each of the 7 H4C regions and how they will be involved in the H4C in relation to the approaches and activities framework.
